    List of students whose insurance information is submitted to Rector's Office as of now.

    1. We submit your insurance information to the Rector's office 21 14 days before the start of your summer practice. For example if your practice starts at June 22nd, then we submit your data on June 1st 8th. You are allowed to change/re-enter your information before the final submission to the Rector's office.

    2. We may submit your insurance information with a few days of delay. This is due to sending of information in lots of 10 students. Please do not worry if your information is not submitted exactly 21 14 days before the start of your SP. It should be submitted in a few days window.

    3. Students whose insurance information is finallized can pick up the notice of SGK insurance from EEMB Student Affairs Office (Belgin Hanim, Bayram Bey). Your notice will be ready 3 days before the start of your Summer Practice.

  • Students registering for EE300/400 during Spring 2008-9 semester should submit their reports by 13th March, 2009 (Friday).
  • There is no electronic submission stage for spring semester submissions.
  • Students are required to submit the printed versions of their reports along with other documentation to EE Department Student Affairs Office by 13th March, 2009.

  • Summer Practice Commitee is working on assigning a faculty member to each submitted report.

    The assignment process will be completed by the weekend. And the list of faculty members evaluating the reports will be announced.

    It is expected that we will collect the print version of summer practice reports in the week after the add-drops week (Oct 8th, Monday).

    Until then, please continue working on your report.

  • Important Message:
    Students who has completed their summer practice and registered for EE 300/400 in the fall semester; but not uploaded and registered their summer practice reports to the system will receive Unsatisfactory (U) grade. Students with a valid excuse for not uploading and registering their reports should write a letter of explanation (dilekce) to the department head until 28th Sept 2007, Friday.
