For the project titled: "A Low Noise Switched-Capacitor Interface Electronics for Sub-micro Gravity Resolution Micromachined Accelerometers" 

Feb. 2002        Finalist of the 2002 Pryor-Hale Business Plan Competition with Sirius Project (Inertial Navigation is a Sirius' Business)

Jan. 2000       1st Place Award in Student Design Contest 2000 (Conceptual Category) which is organized by University of Michigan among a number of universities in the world and sponsored by CADENCE, Mentor Graphics, TI, IBM, Intel, Compaq, AMD, Lucent Tech., Dallas SemiConductor, QualComm and Design Automation Conference 2000. (with Michael McCorquodale, Ark-Chew Wong, and Karthik Nagarajan). 

For the project titled: "An Integrated MEMS-BiCMOS SINCGARS Tranceiver" 

Jan. 2000        Best Paper Award in Student Design Contest 2000  for the paper entitled as "An Integrated MEMS-BiCMOS SINCGARS Tranceiver" (with Michael McCorquodale, Ark-Chew Wong, and Karthik Nagarajan

                          For the project titled:   "A Switched-Capacitor Interface Circuit for a Monolithic Acceleration Sensing System"

1999                  Thesis of The Year Award by Prof. Mustafa N. PARLAR Education and Research Foundation in METU for the master thesis titled  "A CMOS Integrated PtSi Schottky-Barrier Infrared Detector for Night Vision Applications," METU 1998.
